RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Applicable only to natural persons. In accordance with Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts:
Before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided under Art. 13(3) and Art. 14 of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting from the day on which the consumer takes physical possession of the product. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, together with all accessories and documents that accompanied it. The consumer is responsible only for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Products showing physical changes, impacts, chips, scratches, shocks, excessive signs of use and/or unauthorized interventions will not be accepted for a full refund.
If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as a new product, an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product or the price difference resulting from its resale as a resealed/refurbished product may be deducted. Alternatively, at the customer's request, the product may be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Upon receiving the parcel, the seller verifies compliance with the return conditions and refunds the value of the product in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014.

Exercising the right of withdrawal: The consumer informs SC iHunt Technology Import Export S.A. of the decision to withdraw from the contract by completing the return form available below or by sending an unequivocal statement regarding the withdrawal decision on a durable medium (e-mail, online form or other written communication).
 

Products purchased through online orders may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt; before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days starting from the day of product delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. We recommend keeping the original packaging in order to protect the integrity of the products during transport. Products must be properly packaged for return.
 

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered; the consumer is responsible only for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Products may be returned by sending them through a courier company, according to the instructions in the Warranty Certificate or return form, together with a copy of the invoice or other information necessary to identify the order.
 

a. Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;

b. Products made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized products;

c. Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and after confirmation that the consumer has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal;

d. Products which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;

e. Other categories of products for which the right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable legislation.

 

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and which, by their nature, can no longer be sold to another consumer under safe conditions cannot be returned.

This category includes, without limitation:

Consumables, filters, refills, similar accessories, hygiene products for persons or animals, and products showing signs of use, installation, activation, contamination, contact with fluids or wear may be excluded from the right of withdrawal when, by their nature, they can no longer be sold under hygiene, safety or health protection conditions, according to Art. 16 of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014.

 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the seller is informed of the withdrawal decision; however, the refund may be postponed until the returned products are received or until proof of their shipment is provided.

After receiving the parcel and verifying the product, the sale will be cancelled and the value of the product will be refunded to the buyer in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Parcels sent cash on delivery for the purpose of receiving a refund will not be taken into consideration.

 

 

• The product must be packaged so that its contents are safe during transport. The sender is responsible for any damage resulting from improper packaging.
• If you do not use the form provided above, you may send the product by courier to the following address: Prahova County, Ploiești, Marin Mehedințeanu Street, No. 1F, iHunt Technology Import Export S.A. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• If the legal 14-calendar-day withdrawal period is exceeded, the withdrawal request may be rejected and the product may be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
• Required documents: a copy of the invoice or the information necessary to identify the order and, where applicable, the IBAN account for reimbursement.
• After receiving the parcel and verifying the product, its value will be refunded in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014.
• Parcels sent cash on delivery for the purpose of receiving a refund will not be taken into consideration.
