RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For individuals only. In accordance with Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights under distance contracts:
Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without being required to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring any costs other than those provided under art. 13 para. (3) and art. 14 of E.G.O. No. 34/2014, within 14 days from the day on which the consumer takes physical possession of the product. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products showing physical modifications, impacts, chipping, scratches, shocks, signs of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. will not be accepted for return with full refund.
If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, a fee may be charged to restore it to its original condition (if possible), or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand, or, at the customer's option, we will reship the product to them at their expense.
Upon receipt of the package, the seller verifies that all the above-mentioned conditions have been met and refunds the value of the product within a maximum of 14 days, calculated in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure.
Exercising the right of withdrawal: The consumer informs SC iHunt Technology Import Export S.A. of the decision to withdraw from the contract by submitting a written notification in the dedicated space provided in this warranty certificate. Only written requests will be taken into consideration.

Products that are the subject of orders placed online may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt; before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days starting from the day of product delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the integrity of the products. Products that are not properly packaged will not be accepted.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered; the consumer is only responsible for any diminishment in the value of the products resulting from their handling.
Product returns can be made by sending the products via a courier service, in accordance with the instructions in the Warranty Certificate, together with the original Warranty Certificate (with the form completed and the bank account of the person named on the invoice) and a copy of the invoice.
Exceptions to the right of return are listed by way of example, without limitation, as follows (pursuant to art. 16 EGO 34/2014):
a. Software licenses (this category also includes products with pre-installed operating systems);
b. Consumables (batteries, printer cartridges, etc.);
The Withdrawal Period for individuals is 14 calendar days.
Refunds will be issued exclusively by bank transfer, regardless of the original payment method, within a maximum of 14–30 days from receipt of the returned item.
After receiving the package and verifying the initial condition of the product, the sale will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to the buyer.
Packages sent cash on delivery, for the purpose of obtaining a refund, will not be taken into consideration.

The product shipping procedure is as follows:
- The product must be packaged and sent via courier to the address on the invoice (Prahova County, Ploiești, Str. Marin Mehedinteanu, No. 1F, iHunt Technology 0371522222) together with all accessories and the original box.
- Required documents: a copy of the invoice and the original warranty certificate, on the back of which the customer's details and IBAN account number for bank transfer must be provided.
- After receiving the package and verifying the initial condition of the product, the sale will be reversed and the funds will be returned to the buyer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
- Packages sent cash on delivery, for the purpose of obtaining a refund, will not be taken into consideration.
